Our new Simpleweb HQ
We’re just about settled in to our lovely new office last month on Oakfield Road just off Whiteladies in the heart of Clifton Bristol. The light is good, we have more space and we nolonger have a shop-front so people don’t come in looking for paint or iPod repairs!
Things I’ve learnt from moving:
- Get all the costs from the letting agent. Sq ft cost, service charge on top (they like to forget to tell you about this), insurance contributions, parking spaces etc.
- Factor in solicitor costs.
- Get a removal company to help you (thanks @sbunker ;)
- BT are better than they used to be but they’re still useless.
- Letting agents are lazy useless bastards.
- Solicitors are less useless but even more lazy than letting agents.
- Broadband is a nightmare.
