Pushhit is hiring

We’ve just managed to get a decent amount of angel funding for Pushhit, whilst we we still need a little more, we’re now in a position to hire a PHP developer full time.

Any PHP developers out there in the South West of the UK, in or around the Bristol area, please get in touch through the link above.

We’ll be letting you know more about Pushhit in the coming weeks. Our testing in spring of this year was very interesting and has enabled us to tune our vision into something that we think is going to cause a bit of stir without having to go into web 2.0 hyperbole…

Hey Mark, congratulations on the funding.

Do you mind my asking how long it was from ‘we need additional finance’ to it hitting the bank account, and how many business plans did you email out?

Curious mainly because I know another business about to go through the mating dance.

Hi John. Thanks. :)

We’ve decided to shift from our original plan of going for large scale funding. It’s difficult to earn a living (feeding the family) and put a lot of time into a project like this. We’ve gone for small angel funding so that we have a fully working version of where we want to be, with ongoing development and support, once this is done and we have a decent amount of users we’ll probably go for “proper” funding. So your question will probably get a more in-depth answer then…
